Hello! I am Logan Dockery, Owner of Blue Rose Physical Therapy. On behalf of my wife, Heather, and I, we welcome you to the Blue Rose Physical Therapy Family! We are a family-owned practice that goes beyond providing exceptional care. We are more than just a Healthcare Service; our passions lead us to Serving members of the community. Dr. Logan Dockery, DPT, PhD

Owner, CEO, Running Biomechanics Specialist, Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist
Logan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and has been a practicing clinician for 9 years. He has worked in a number of Physical Therapy settings including acute, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient, but discovered his real skill set and expertise was Outpatient Orthopedics. He has managed Outpatient Clinics for 4 years before deciding to open his own clinic in 2021, Blue Rose Physical Therapy, to make a greater impact to the Central Arkansas Community.
In addition to his clinical Doctorate, Logan earned his PhD in Physical Therapy with published research in Gait Biomechanics, specifically ankle biomechanics. He has presented at Local and National Conferences, as well as delivering lectures and teaching at various Universities as an expert in movement, gait, and running analysis.
He has extensive experience in orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, running related injuries, balance and fall prevention, neurological rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and coaching. He is also certified in blood flow restriction (BFR) and dry needling. Logan competed collegiately in Track and Field and Cross Country for UCA all four years of undergraduate, was a Team Captain for two of those final years of his undergraduate seasons and a Graduate Assistant Coach for the UCA Cross Country and Track team while earning both his Doctorates. Logan’s hobbies include running, hiking, and spending time with his beautiful wife and two amazing girls.

Dr. Raquel Tejada, DPT

Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist
Raquel Tejada earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012. She has 10 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic disorders. She played competitive soccer in Little Rock her whole life and enjoys working with athletes in return-to-sport therapy. For the last 7 years, She has worked as a Director for Community Connections, a nonprofit organization that provides adapted sports for children and young adults with disabilities or special needs.
Raquel has used her extensive PT experience to develop programs for children with disabilities to be able to play soccer, basketball, and adapted triathlons in the Central Arkansas for the past 8 years. Raquel began her journey with Blue Rose Physical Therapy in June of 2022 and immediately became a vital part of the team. She excels in treating most conditions, but her passions align with sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, neuro, concussions, and pediatrics. Raquel also works as the on-site Physical Therapist for The Youth Ranges Soccer Academy. She enjoys anything outdoors, soccer, and whatever her 4 children are into for the day!

Dr. Tyler Graham, DPT

Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist
Tyler Graham grew up in Van Buren Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in physics and Biology from Ouachita Baptist University where he competed in collegiate wrestling for three years. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Central Arkansas in 2018. Since graduation Tyler has worked in many physical therapy settings including outpatient, rehabilitation, acute care, and pediatrics.
As an avid proponent of physical activity Tyler is passionate about helping his clients strengthen and heal so they can achieve their peak performance. He grew up playing many sports including football, baseball, cheerleading and wrestling (even winning State for Van Buren). While he does not currently play, aside from t- ball with his son, he is eager to assist athletes at any level.
Tyler is patient, driven, and believes that individualized care is the best care. He tailors every client’s treatment plan to their specific abilities, needs, and goals. He is hands-on and often utilizes manual therapy techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilization, and myofascial release. Whether you want to get back on the field or in the backyard he will work hard to get you there!
He began his journey with Blue Rose Physical Therapy on October of 2022 and became a thriving member of the team instantly! Tyler is driven to make an impact not only in the PT field, but his clients and the Central Arkansas Community! Tyler’s passions, skills and experiences align him with sports rehabilitation and orthopedics with his expertise falling within the treatment of conditions associated with wrestling, gymnastics, and football.
Tyler lives in Conway with his wife, two incredible children, and three dogs. On his off days Tyler can typically be found playing with his children, wood working, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors.

Kara Jackson, DPT, PCES

Orthopedic & Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Kara Jackson earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. She initially spent many years specializing and working in orthopedics and sports physical therapy. In 2019, she began specializing in pelvic floor and women's health physical therapy where she has completed postdoctoral specialized training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program and is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has since helped develop and grow two pelvic health programs for previous clinics, including at the University of Arkansas Medical Science Women's Center where she was lead therapist.
Kara has worked with women with various diagnosis conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic pelvic pain syndromes, prolapse, constipation and bowel dysfunction, pudendal neuralgia, painful intercourse, diastasis recti, pregnancy and postpartum conditions. She is also a dedicated runner participating in several marathons. This sport has been instrumental in developing her love for helping and empowering women to return to running and live an active lifestyle after pregnancy or anyone who has discontinued doing so due to leakage, pain, or fear.
When not at the clinic, Kara enjoys anything outdoors with her dog, River, running with the local running clubs, and spending time with family.
